The School takes place in the idyllic setting of Garmisch-Partenkirchen, a mountain resort 80km South of Munich, host of the 1936 Winter Olympic games, annual FIS Ski World Cup event, and 2011 Alpine Ski World Championships.

The town is famous for its typical Bavarian setting, sports activities, and a spectacular location at the foothill of the Zugspitze, Germany's highest mountain (2962m).

For the days of the School, we rent an entire hotel, Hotel Hausberg, situated right on the slopes of the Oympic ski run, 100m away from the ski lifts. You can put on your skis right on the porch of the hotel! The Hotel is standing apart from the hassle of the town, surrounded by farmland. This makes it an ideal place for skiing in the morning, and for quite seminar work in the afternoon. The entire Hotel area is covered by Wi-Fi.

In the evening, the attractions of downtown Garmisch are within 10 minutes walk, as well as an aquapark and swimming pool.
